Kasota East Camp is a great place to host your next event! We rent out our facilities to interested groups when summer camp is not in session. Camp has been used for youth groups, retreats, weddings, family reunions, corporate events and more. The camp offers a commercial kitchen and dining hall (Ross Lodge), accommodation for up to 96 people, hot showers, washrooms, sports field, walking trails, campfire pit and access to the waterfront. Ross Lodge Overnight Rental

Cleaning Fees
It’s important to note that when using the camp, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be applied. When using just the Washhouse, a cleaning fee of $100 will be applied. When using cabins, an additional cleaning fee of $20/cabin may be charged if deemed necessary.
Overnight Use With Ross Lodge Rental
$20.00/person/day with a minimum rental fee of $600.00.
Cabins are provided for the number of people staying overnight at the above listed rate. Any extra cabins will be charged at $50/cabin/night. We expect that cabins be filled to a reasonable capacity. Washhouse is included.
Overnight Use, without Ross Lodge Rental
Cabin Use is $15.00/person/night with a minimum fee of $400.00.
RV $40.00 and Tenting $25.00/night/unit with a minimum fee of $400.00.
Washhouse is included.
Additional Cleaning Fees
All groups will be charged $50/hr for any additional cleaning required if the camp is left in an unkempt manner.
Check In/Check Out
Day use: 9am–5pm
Overnight: 6pm–2pm
Extra hours must be arranged with the rental agent; fees may apply.
WiFi
WiFi use is included for all rental groups.
Wedding Events
KEC is a beautiful place for a wedding. Our beautiful Vespers area is a wonderful place to hold your ceremony outdoors, while Ross Lodge is a wonderful space for your reception. We can host approximately 125 people comfortably for a meal. Accommodation will be provided for up to 90 guests in the warmer months, and a maximum of 56 in the colder months. A maximum number of 175 guests will be allowed for your event.
For your wedding we offer a special rate of $4500.00 for a 48 hour event. Typically, access to the camp will begin at 6:00pm on the day preceding your nuptials, until 2:00pm the day following. You will have sole access to the entire facility for this time.

Alcohol/Drugs Policy
Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted. Cannabis and illegal drugs are not permitted on camp premises at any time.
Noise Policy
Please respect our neighbors. Quiet time will be from 11:00pm to 8:00am. Please refrain from loud games, music, or other noisy events during these hours.
Waterfront Policy
Waterfront safety is the sole responsibility of the guests. Canoes may be rented for an additional charge.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings being rented. Smoking is permitted outside. Cigarette butts are to be contained and disposed of properly at the end of the rental term.
Campfires Policy
Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits only. No campfires are permitted when a fire ban has been issued by the County of Red Deer.
Vehicles/RV’s Policy
Vehicles are to be parked in the gravel parking area only. Vehicles are not to be parked on any grassy area. RV’s are to be parked solely in an area designated by the camp manager. No off-road vehicles are allowed on site.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed on camp premises. Please leave your pets at home.
